The Champagne Extra Brut by Yves Ruffin is the result of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir from vineyards classified as Premier Cru. The refinement takes place in acacia wood barrels and the wine rests on its yeasts for at least 48 months. Particularly acid wine, well balanced between strength and elegance for a very high Champagne.
